1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ResumeBuildvia, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2Use of the Service
ResumeBuildvia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for the purpose of creating professional resumes and cover letters. You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, to create fraudulent documents, to impersonate others, or in any way that could harm our platform or other users.
3User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4Intellectual Property
The content, templates, and design elements of ResumeBuildvia are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the resume content you create. Our templates may not be extracted, reproduced, or used outside of our platform without express written permission.
5Subscription & Payments
Premium features are available through paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any premium downloads.
6Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time, except where required by applicable law.
7Limitation of Liability
ResumeBuildvia is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall ResumeBuildvia be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.
8Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
